This experience gives you the opportunity to spend time with horses in a new way. We hike together along the beautiful river and pause along the way with a very tasty Swedish fika. The horses are given the opportunity to adjust the route according to their mood.
This experience is suitable for anyone who enjoys hiking in the forest, whether you are a horse lover or not. Perhaps you have always dreamed of spending time with horses, but did not want or dare to ride. Then this tour is right for you! You choose for yourself if you want to walk closely and maybe offer a treat from time to time or if you'd rather keep a little distance. You are welcome just as you are!
If you're an experienced horse person you will still gain some new perspective on what horses appreciate and what they will tell you when you start to listen to what they have to say.
Halfway through the tour we take a break where the horses are either allowed to walk freely or pause in a small enclosure. We have a lovely fika break with tea/coffee/lemonade as well as some local pastries and enjoy the beautiful Swedish nature before returning home.

What to expect:
- A hiking tour accompanied by one or both of the farm's horses.

What is included
- Guided tour with experienced guides.
- A bag of selected horse treats to offer to the horses if you want. (Don't bring your own!)
- Fika in the form of coffee/tea/lemonade and local pastries.
Practical information
Please bring:
- Clothes for the weather and sturdy shoes that can withstand forest trails. We carry out the experience even in case of light rain or wind.
- Water bottle if you want to drink something in addition to the refreshments offered.
- Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the tour for a refund.
- One of the horses is sensitive to sugar. Therefore, we ask you not to bring your own treats. We give you a bag of selected, sugar-free horse treats to offer them.
- In case of very bad weather, the tour is cancelled and you can choose to reschedule or get a refund. We reserve the right to determine if the weather is too bad.
- Horses are flight animals and can get frightened, even if they are in a safe environment. Always listen to the instructor for the experience to be safe for everyone.
